There will also be details of a contest involving you making commercials (videos) to help save [Title of Show]! The details on that one will be forth coming, but get on the first two right now!!!

Calling All Tossers!!!

Everyone has been asking what can be done to keep the show open, and honestly no one knows exactly but we’re gonna try everything we can think of and hope you will help us.

First things first, if you aren’t on their twitter list, get on it!! We twitter-ers got this message from the cast earlier today:

“hey tossers, love you guys! Come see us! tell 9 people, twitter ‘em, facebook ‘em, send an owl. more tickets we sell longer we’ll be around”

They speak the truth! If you aren’t on their twitter list go to the official sites fan section and sign up! The biggest thing right now is getting butts in seats. Being poor recent graduates ourselves we understand its hard to shell out the cash for the full price tickets. But! If you go and lose lotto you can STILL SEE THE SHOw!!!

They are currently selling partial view orchestra for $26.50 (the same price as lotto) and all you may miss is an entrance or two but ask the box office for more details.

Also, balcony people, balcony! Get up there (or up in the mezzanine) and get rowdy! Let’s face it, the more new people that sit in those coveted “vampire seats” the better…as fun as having Susan stare you down may be!

Your mission now is to tell your 9 people and tell them to tell 9 more…and just rock it out like the classy bitches you [tos]sers you are!

It’s our turn to make it happen. We hope to see you ALL at the flea market on Sunday ready to rock it SuperTossers style.

Time to shut it down and bust out those boxing gloves cause we aren’t going down without a fight.

If you have questions or ideas email us at admin@supertossers.com!

We’re in it to win it. Get it peeps, get it.

Boxing Gloves, Cause We Ain’t Done Yet: The Flea Market Plan

Hey [tos]sers!

So we’re assuming by now you’ve all heard the news (your admins/webmistresses heard as they were LEAVING THE THEATRE tonight…not fun…anyway). However, we’re not giving up without a fight, and encourage you to put your boxing gloves on!

For The Flea Market on Sunday: Wear as much TOS as you can, whether it be home made, bought, or totally makeshift, wear it and on the back of your shirt or somewhere on your person, slap a piece o’ duct tape on that says [believe]!! We’re gonna be armed with duct tape if you need it and will be in Shubert Alley around 9am if you would like to meet up and get ‘taped. KEEP IN MIND THAT WE CANNOT BE OBTRUSIVE AT THE FLEA MARKET. However, the 8th Avenue Street Fair? Fair Game. Be as obnoxious as you want over there, but keep it classy in the Flea Market.

Street Team: Your challenge (and anyone else who wants to participate) this time around is to tell nine people. That’s it! Well, tell nine people and get a picture with each person you tell! Simple right? Email them to us and we’ll get you your points.

We’re not going down without a fight, bitches. Boxing gloves out, cause it’s ON.

(Excuse any typos, it’s nearing 3am and has been a VERY long night….)

Edited on 9/21 @ 7:56am: TOSSERS! Locate one of your lovely admins at the Flea Market (we’re wearing GREY “One of the Nine” shirts…our red shirts are in our bags!) and get a stack of fliers to hand out at the 8TH AVENUE STREET FAIR ONLY. Do NOT hand these out at the Flea Market!!

[TOS] Fan Mission: Take Two!

Okay [tos]sers! It’s that time again!

It’s only been a few days since our last [tos] fan mission, but we’re back with another one!

As many of you know the BC/EFA Flea Market is this weekend, so it gives us another chance to rock it [tos] style.

We don’t QUITE know the plan yet because we’re still waiting to hear what we can and can’t do at the event (we do NOT want to take away from the event itself, period). So, head on over to the forum (in the [TOS] Fan Events Section) or shoot us an email at admin@supertossers.com to sign up!

The official plan may be a very last minute thing, but know it wont take more than your trusty red shirts and duct tape!!!

Cause Ya’ll Have Been So Patient!

We bring you footage from Broadway on Broadway AND from the Sirius Broadcast from yesterday!

SuperTosser Arron is really a rockstar and recorded both and then sent them to us to share with you guys!

The audio, for some reason, got a little off in one of the many steps to bring you these but whatever! It’s still GREAT footage! The Sirius Broadcast is still uploading, so as soon as that’s done it’ll be posted too (Heidi rocks the shit, like always, out of Back to Then in that clip too!)

But for now, here’s Broadway on Broadway!

Elephant Project: Revisited

Hey all!

Remember when we posted about the TOS gang participating in the Elephant Project? No? Well here’s a quick recap: The TOS Cast took part in an on-going charity event called the Elephant Project where Broadway/TV/Movie stars pose with a beanie baby elephant and give an autograph. The package (photo, autograph, elephant) is then auctioned off on Ebay to benefit Alzheimers Research. Pretty sweet huh?

Well, we just got a heads up from David that the [tos] Elephants are being auctioned off starting tonight so get over there and get bidding for a good cause!

www.elephantproject.org for more info!

(We know you’re all chomping at the bit for some Bway on Bway footage/photos/details etc…give us a couple hours and we’ll hopefully have a huge post with all of the above in it!)

Broadway on Broadway - Enter the Super Tossers!

The Scoop: As many of you know, [tos] is performing at Broadway on Broadway this coming weekend, and after chatting with the guys we’ve all come up with an idea to publicize the show that you the fans will play a HUGE part in!

The Plan:
If you’re planning on attending Bway on Bway, we need your help! What we’re asking is for as many fans as possible to don a bright red/red t-shirt with a strip of duct tape across the front displaying a choice word/short phrase from “A Way Back To Then” and then a piece across the back displaying either “[tos]” or “[title of show]”, your choice. Why just lyrics from “A Way Back To Then”? Well as you may have guessed, Heidi will be performing the number at the concert and we think using these lyrics will be the best way to get people talking! Who wouldn’t comment on someone walking around with the word “MUSTACHE” emblazoned across their chest?

The Rules/Guidelines:

1. Sign up for your lyric/short phrase on our forum or through email (admin@supertossers.com)! We don’t want everyone walking around with the same thing on their shirts and we want to encompass as much of the song as possible. We will be updating the sign up list on the forum daily (which is located in the [tos] news section)!

2. Get to Broadway on Broadway EARLY and stake out your viewing location. The festivities start at 11:30, so get there early! Be sure to disperse yourself through the crowd as much as possible! We know we all want to be up front and center, but the more spread out we are the more people we’ll get talking!

3. TALK UP THE SHOW! This is the biggest and most important thing for the day. You are a moving billboard! Answer any questions people ask about your shirt, the show, etc. Be friendly and positive! We want as much promotion as possible!

4. Do WHATEVER you want during the downtime between numbers (start sing-alongs, chants, whatever) but BE RESPECTFUL during all of the performances. [TOS] fans are always classy and we’re going to keep it that way.

5. STREET TEAM! We know we haven’t launched yet, but if you’re interested in being on the street team, this is your first chance to earn points! All you have to do to earn your points is attend the event in your shirt and locate Annie! She’ll be outside the Lyceum in her red shirt (it says “backyard dancing”) from 9am-10:30am! Find her before you go stake your claim on your viewing locale! Tell her who you are, make sure she writes it down, and earn points! YOU MUST be wearing your shirt and you MUST attend the event to get your points! It’s that simple! If for some reason you can’t get there early to meet Annie or you just straight up can’t ind her, take a picture of yourself (or your group) in your shirts AT the event and email it to us and you’ll still get your points!

Other than that, it’s a free for all! Rock your red shirts and feel free to add onto the ensemble to your hearts content! Seriously, no holds barred. We want everyone at Broadway on Broadway to leave talking about the people in the red shirts…and we want everyone at Broadway on Broadway to leave and get tickets to see [TOS]!

Rock it out, [tos]sers! We know you’ll get it done!

Stay tuned for more information on an upcoming contest, and if you need more information on Broadway on Broadway check out their official site here

Edited to Add: You will have to provide your own shirt! Wear any red shirt you’ve got and just cover any labels with duct tape! We will be bringing some extra duct tape, and encourage you to do so as well, so if we run into any tossers who didn’t get the memo we can tape ‘em and they can support too!

Spread the word! Even if you can’t make it, tell your 9 people!

Added on 9/12: We, like many of you probably, saw this secret on BroadwaySecrets today (like postsecret) and wanted to send out some LOVE to the Rocking [tos]ser who made it.
